28JL Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and 28JL ("28jl," "we," "us," or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the 28jl online gaming platform. 3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all stages of registration and account maintenance. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other details requested during verification. 28jl relies on this information to process withdrawals and comply with its anti-money laundering obligations. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 28jl account credentials. Do not share your password, one-time PINs, or authentication codes with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 28jl support immediately. We will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.

3.4 Verification Requirements

28jl may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing a withdrawal, granting access to certain promotions, or lifting account deposit limits. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All 28jl transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The wallet balance displayed in your account represents the exact PHP value available to wager or withdraw. No currency conversion is applied by 28jl on transactions processed through supported local payment methods.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

28jl processes withdrawal requests to eligible accounts. Processing times depend on the payment method selected and whether additional verification steps are outstanding on your account. If a withdrawal is delayed, check your account notifications or contact support. 28jl does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals, but your financial institution may apply its own charges.

4.5 Unused Balances

If your 28jl account remains inactive — meaning no deposits, withdrawals, or wagers have been placed for a period of twelve consecutive months — 28jl may classify the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee applied to the account balance. You will be notified before any such fee is first applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most 28jl bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount. Until the wagering requirement is met, the bonus portion of your balance is not available for withdrawal. For example, a bonus of ₱500 with a 20× wagering requirement means ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable balance.

5.3 Qualifying Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games, live dealer titles, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The specific contribution rates for each promotion are listed in the individual bonus terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

28jl maintains systems to detect bonus abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, coordinated play between accounts, matched betting using bonus funds, and any strategy that exploits promotion mechanics in a way that was not intended. Suspected bonus abuse may result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and permanent account closure.

5.5 Refer a Friend

Referrals of duplicate accounts, inactive accounts, or fictitious persons do not qualify, and attempting to manipulate referral rewards is treated as a violation of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Results

All RNG-based games on 28jl use certified random number generation technology provided by licensed game suppliers. Results are independently generated and are not influenced by 28jl staff, player account history, or bet sizes. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment under the supervision of the live dealer studio operator.

6.2 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including connection interruptions, server errors, or software faults — 28jl will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server logs. If the outcome cannot be confirmed, 28jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player. No winnings will be paid on rounds voided under this provision.

6.3 Malfunction Voids All Pays

Any game malfunction, error, or misquote that results in an abnormal payout — including displayed prizes significantly in excess of the published maximum win for that game — will be treated as void. 28jl will not honour wins generated by technical errors, regardless of whether the player was aware of the malfunction at the time.

6.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Football betting and virtual sports markets on 28jl are settled according to the rules applicable to each market type, displayed in the relevant game or sports section. For live matches, results are determined by the officially confirmed full-time score unless the market specifies otherwise. Postponed, abandoned, or voided fixtures are settled according to the event rules in effect at the time the bet was placed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 28jl and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Attempting to launder funds through 28jl deposits, play activity, and withdrawals.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with a financial institution without first raising the matter with 28jl support.

8. Privacy and Data

28jl collects, processes, and stores personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for account management, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

28jl will not sell your personal information to third parties for commercial marketing. Data sharing with third parties is limited to game providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Suspension and Account Closure

10.1 By 28JL

28jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance in the account may be frozen and reported to relevant authorities.

10.2 By the Player

You may close your 28jl account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any withdrawable balance must be transferred to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.3 Balance on Closure

Where account closure is initiated by 28jl due to a Terms breach, the disposition of any remaining balance will be determined based on the nature of the breach. Balances arising from fraudulent activity will not be returned. Balances in accounts closed at 28jl's discretion for non-breach reasons will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 28jl's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the net deposited amount in the player's account at the time the claim arises.

28jl is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity disruptions on the player's side.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• The acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or internet service providers.
• Loss of opportunity, anticipated savings, profits, or goodwill.
• Any event outside 28jl's reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

28jl may update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email, account notification, or a prominent notice on the 28jl platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

Continued use of the 28jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account before the amendment takes effect. Account closure in this circumstance will not be treated as a breach of these Terms.
